ORD 34519 - Landmark Designation - Notre Dame Academy and Convent C3-98-022 ORDINANCE NO 3'V 7y AN ORDINANCE to designate the Notre Dame Academy at 3501 State Street as a landmark pursuant to the Landmaik Heritage Preservation Ordinance of the City of Omaha BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA Section 1 That the Notre Dame Academy at 3501 State Street, which is on the following described land, to wit Lot 1, Notre Dame Sisters Replat II Section 2 That for the reasons cited in Landmark Heritage Preservation Resolution attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof by reference, the architectural characteristics and historical value of the Notre Dame Academy are hereby deemed significant and worthy of recognition and preservation.
