Subject: Support of the TIF Fee Schedule for TIF Projects
I am writing in support of the TIF Fee Schedule for TIF Projects. I feel this is an important step towards the
continuous growth in TIF districts. In order to keep projects on pace with market demands the city needs to be
able to efficiently review , process and execute projects that are funded with TIF and this can only be accomplish
with the expansion of the staff who oversees TIF projects. I welcome the new process and look forward to the
efficiently it will bring to the planning department.

Mr. Brown,
I had planned on being in attendance at today's city council meeting however my schedule has made that very
difficult. I do want to make sure that the council members know that the planning department made an effort to
reach out to the development community for impute on this matter.While no one wants to add costs to a project,
we do realize that the planning staff devotes a great deal of time to TIF projects and that compliance is of
paramount importance.
Noddle Companies has been involved in many redevelopment projects over the years and TIF has more often
than not made the difference in a project moving forward.We are in support of the proposed fees for Tax
Increment Applications and expect that the planning department will devote these funds to additional staffing and
compensation for this specific area.
Mr.Brown, thank you for taking the time to convey our support to the city council.
