RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment of members to the Library Board by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Terri Bull's term on the Library Board expired June 30, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Kyle R. Hutchings to replace Terri
Bull on the Library Board; said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council, and
expire June 30, 2018.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the appointment by Mayor Stothert of Kyle R.Hutchings as a member of the
Library Board to serve a three-year term, commencing upon confirmation by the City Council, and
expiring June 30, 2018, be and hereby is confirmed and approved.
