WHEREAS, Section 7.03 of the City Charter provides that there shall be seven(7)
members on the City Planning Board,six of whom must reside within City corporate limits,and one
of whom must reside outside the City corporate limits but within its zoning jurisdiction; and,;
WHEREAS, the six City resident members are to be appointed by the Mayor and
confirmed by the City Council for five-year terms; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Anna Nubel as a City-resident member of the Planning
Board expires on December 6, 2015; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Kristine A.Karnes as a City-resident
member of the Planning Board to serve a term commencing on December 7, 2015, and expiring
December 6, 2020.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
