Box 111623 Omaha,NE 68111 RE: Bids for Project OPW 52588 Dear Bidder: Section 10-110 of the Omaha Municipal Code allows a Departmental Director to reject bids because items on the bid received were non-compliant with the specifications. This letter is to serve as written notice that your bid for Project OPW 52588, being the 204rh Street and Cumberland Drive, Intersection Improvements project was not compliant with the project specifications has therefore been rejected. During the engineering review, it was determined that your firm was not pre-qualified by NDOR as delineated in SP-7 of the Project Manual. Section 10-110 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides that: "Within ten (10) days after a bid is rejected, any rejected bidder may appeal to the city council by filing with the city clerk a written objection stating all the reasons for the objection."
