The name in parenthesis indicates initiation of the request. The items are: 1. Introduce legislation to allow for an expedited tax foreclosure process on abandoned property with code violations from three years down to two years. (Gray) 2. Support, if introduced, Urban Reinvestment Districts Act which would allow for State to return 50% of new sales tax to help fund local projects. (Festersen) 3. Introduce legislation to allow for the collection of a wheel tax by municipalities in its extra territorial planning jurisdiction for street and road improvements. (Thompson) 4. Resolution naming John A. "Jack" Cheloha as the official City Lobbyist with duties, rights and authority (see attached). Please begin drafting bills on item numbers 1 and 3.
