WHEREAS, Section 2-238 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment of members to the Board of Directors of Omaha Municipal Land Bank; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Thomas H. McLeay as member representing real estate
developers on the above board, and being a resident of City Council District 1, expired on
November 5, 2015; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has reappointed Thomas H. McLeay as the
member representing real estate developers on the Board of Directors of the Omaha Municipal
Land Bank, and as a resident of City Council District 1, said term to commence on November
30, 2015, and to expire on November 29, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
