Omaha Home Rule Charter section 8.08 requires that the City's Mayor, all Council members, and "all officers and

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the term of Kristine Gerber on the Landmarks Heritage Preservation
Commission expired; and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-26 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the Mayor
to appoint the members of this Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Curtis Witzenburg to serve a
three-year term on the Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission as an interested and
qualified person from an architectural organization, said term to commence on December 11,
2015, and expire on December 10, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Jean Stothert of Curtis Witzenburg to serve a
