BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal Code,the Class`B"Oil
District known as District No. B-186,located at First Data Resources, 805 Crown Point Avenue,be
and hereby is amended to increase the total capacity to 10,600 gallons of Class 2 liquid at that site,as
requested by Scott A.Altic,and as described in the attached legal description and shown on the plat
plan attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and take effect fifteen(15)days after the date
of its passage.

Building and Development Division has inspected and approved the increase
in capacity of the current Flammable Liquids District B-186, at 805 Crown
Point Avenue. The current District capacity is 4,600 gallons of Class 2 liquid.
The owner is requesting an additional 6,000 gallons of Class 2 liquid. The
Class 2 liquids will be stored in five 2,000 gallon tanks and one 600 gallon
tank. Total fuel capacity of this district will become 10,600 gallons of Class 2
liquid.
If accepted, this location will remain known as District B-186.

10-28-2015 at the First data Resources facility located at 805
Crown Point in Omaha, Nebraska. Present for the site visit was
Steve Morrissey with the OFD, Tom Phipps with the City of
Omaha Planning Dept, Scott Altic with FDR, Matt Covey with

Storage Tanks to be considered separately for this one address, for the purpose of not
requiring protected tanks for said Generator Sets.

Please accept this letter as a request for an aboveground flammable liquid storage district for
First Data Resources at 805 Crown Point Omaha 68.122 (Address).
This installation is to be used for storage of Diesel Fuel in
2-2000 and 1-600 Gallon Tanks.
The plot plan and legal description of this location and originally signed letter from property
owner to acknowledge flammable liquids storage on property are enclosed.

This is in response to a site visit that was conducted on 2-
17-2015 at the First data Resources facility located at 805
Crown Point in Omaha, Nebraska. Present for the site visit was
Steve Morrissey with the OFD, Tom Phipps with the City fo
Omaha Planning Dept, Scott Altic with FDR, Matt Covey with
FDR Facilites, Roger Knobbe with Miller Electric, and Bob NE� Dr.
Morton with NMC . The essence of the site visit was to
determine where the two generator sets, each having a double Omaha,SNE68117
wall 2000 gallon UL142 listed fuel tank base would be placed
and then what the requirements are. This being said and as I 1E613�'
understand the existing code requirements as per Sec. 46-6
Geographical Limits under item (4): There shall be no storage 1Om*0E08
of Class II or IIIA combustible liquids in above-ground tanks

In respect of this code requirement we are asking that an
