In addition, the agreement includes a project specific component for services to reach small business concerns, disadvantaged business and protected business participation efforts by project. The fee for facilitating this project specific service will not exceed a maximum amount mutually agreed upon by the City and BTS, based on a selection of significant large projects as defined by the City.
