Cutchall of Cutchall Management Company to the Downtown Business Improvement Area Board. The Statute provides that five or more board members may serve on the board and that the members of the Business Improvement Board shall consist of property owners, residents, business operators, or users of space within the business area to be improved. Mr. Cutchall of Cutchall Management Company meets the qualification by being the owner and operator of Jams American Grill at 1101 Harney Street within the district. The Resolution appoints Mr. Cutchall to serve a five-year term commencing on June 24, 2016, until his term shall expire on June 23, 2021. Greg Cutchall President CEO and owner began his restaurant career in the 1970's as an assistant manager with KFC while attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Cutchall developed a catering program that was adopted nationally by KFC and consulted for KFC Corporation and franchisees around the country. Cutchall was also invited to speak to the National Restaurant Association in Washington DC. Today, Cutchall Management Company owns and operates nine different concepts with 50 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Utah, Arizona, and Texas.
