RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 24-87 through 24-105 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide
for an Urban Design Review Board,to review and provide recommendations to improve the quality
of building design in the planning, design, development and construction of structures in the City;
and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-91(a)(2)provides that one licensed landscape architect is to
be appointed by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy in the position of licensed landscape
architect on the said Board; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Matthew B. Schafer as the licensed
landscape architect member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a three-year term
commencing upon City Council approval, and expiring three years thereafter.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
