The purpose of this Resolution is to ask the City Council to express its support for the Mayor and the Police Chief to explore the concept of a Joint Crime Lab which would involve the cooperation of the City of Omaha, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, the Nebraska Organ Recovery System, and any other entity that might be interested.
