WHEREAS, Sections 40-56 through 40-59, Article II, Division 2, Subdivision B
of Chapter 40 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide for the appointment to the Air Conditioning
and Air Distribution Board; and
WHEREAS, Scott A. Falcone was appointed to the Air Conditioning and Air
Distribution Board as an air conditioning and air distribution contractor member, his term expires
November 28, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has reappointed Scott A. Falcone for
appointment as an air conditioning and air distribution contractor member of the Air
Conditioning and Air Distribution Board, primarily engaged in commercial/industrial work, to
serve a three-year term commencing November 29, 2016, and expiring November 28, 2019.
