Attached for your consideration is a Resolution requested by the City Council Law Committee
reappointing Dennis P. Lee to the Board of Directors of the City of Omaha Cable Television
Access Corporation for a 3-year term.
The controlling ordinance provides that all members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation
be a current subscriber to one or more of the City's cable television franchisees and be a resident
of the City of Omaha. Mr. Lee fulfills these requirements.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
•
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Omaha has created the Cable
Television Access Corporation ("the Corporation") and is to appoint all members,to the Board of
Directors of the Corporation; and,
WHEREAS, Dennis P. Lee currently serves on the Corporation Board with a term
that expires on October 2, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this City Council that Dennis P. Lee should be
reappointed to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for a 3-year term,
commencing October 3, 2016 and expiring October 2, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, Dennis P. Lee is reappointed to serve as a member of the Board of
Directors of the City of Omaha Cable Television Access Corporation for a 3-year term,
commencing October 3, 2016 and expiring October 2, 2019.
