The attached Resolution approves the contract with McKinnis Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC,
for OPW 53015, being the Southeast Police Precinct Reroof Project.
The following bids were received on August 24, 2016. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

McKinnis Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC. $61,580.00 (Low Bid)
10 Men, LLC $69,700.00
Toney's Enterprises, Inc. $88,000.00
McKinnis Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC has filed the required Contract Compliance Report
Form (CC-1), as determined by the Human Rights and Relations Department.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53015 from the 2010 Public
Facilities Fund 13245, Police Capital Organization 131592.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from McKinnis Roofing
and Sheet Metal, LLC in the amount of$61,580.00, being the lowest and best bid received, and
requests your consideration and approval of this Resolution.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were submitted on August 24, 2016 for OPW 53015, being the
Southeast Police Precinct Reroof Project; and,
WHEREAS, McKinnis Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC, submitted a bidsof $61,580.00,
being the lowest and best bid received for OPW 53015; and,
WHEREAS, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53015 from
the 2010 Public Facilities Fund 13245, Police Capital Organization 131592.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the contract with McKinnis Roofing and Sheet
Metal, LLC, for OPW 53015, being the Southeast Police Precinct Reroof Project, is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
