Todd Engle
Todd is currently Managing Director and co-owner of Kuehl Capital
Corporation, a boutique investment banking firm that specializes in municipal
financial advising. He was formerly President of First National Capital Markets, a
subsidiary of First National of Nebraska, and has 34 years of experience in the
banking and securities industry.
Todd's educational background includes a BBA in finance and economics from
the University of Iowa in 1981 and a MBA from University of Nebraska Omaha in
1985. He has also graduated from various bank management schools including
the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Todd's current community involvement includes:
Boys and Girls Clubs of the Midlands- Board President, Executive Committee
Member
Nebraska Methodist Hospital Foundation- Executive Committee and Vice-Chair

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,the provisions of Section 71-1577 R.R.S.Nebraska, 1943,as amended,
authorize the City of Omaha to create a Housing Authority; and,
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 2-232 of the Omaha Municipal Code create
such a Housing Authority; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Scott D. Bradley as a member of the Omaha Housing
Authority expires on October 22, 2016; and,
WHEREAS,in accordance with the provisions of Section 71-1594 R.R.S.Nebraska,
1943, as amended, it is the responsibility of the Mayor to appoint and submit for confirmation the
names of persons to serve as such Commissioners; and,
WHEREAS,after review and careful consideration,Mayor Jean Stothert did appoint
Todd L. Engle as a commissioner to the Omaha Housing Authority to serve a five-year term
commencing October 23, 2016, and expiring October 22, 2021.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Jean Stothert of Todd L. Engle to serve as a
commissioner of the Omaha Housing Authority in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
laws of the State of Nebraska and the City of Omaha, to serve a five-year term commencing upon
October 23, 2016, and expiring October 22, 2021, be and hereby is confirmed and approved.
