1. In the subdivision agreement, provide for the payment of the Watershed
Management Fee for Lot 1 prior to recording of the final plat.
2. Compliance with all applicable stormwater management ordinances and policies,
including no net increase in stormwater runoff and treatment of the first ½ inch of
stormwater for water quality.
