Submitted is an Ordinance to establish pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal
Code a new Class"B" Flammable Liquids Storage District known as B-195.This district will
be for the storage of diesel fuel. District B-195 will be located at 8300 Dodge Street (also
addressed as 8200 Dodge Street) for Dan Eyerly of Children's Hospital. Its legal
description is set forth in the attached document.

AN ORDINANCE to establish pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal Code a
new Class"B" Flammable Liquids Storage District to be known as District No. B-195
at 8300 Dodge Street(also addressed as 8200 Dodge Street), as requested by Dan
Eyerly for Children's Hospital; and to provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That there be established pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha
Municipal Code a new Class "B" Oil District to be known as District No. B-195, to be
located at 8300 Dodge Street (also addressed as 8200 Dodge Street), as requested by
Dan Eyerly for Children's Hospital, and as described in the attached legal description and
shown on the plat plan attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and take effect fifteen (15)days after
the date of its passage.

location for aboveground tank storage of 20,000 gallons of a Class 2 liquid.
The Class 2 liquid will be stored in two 10,000 gallon tanks. Total fuel
capacity of this district will be 20,000 gallons of a Class 2 liquid.
If accepted, this location will remain known as District B-195.
