The attached Resolution approves the contract with N L & L Concrete Inc for OPW 53132, being
the 2017 Residential ADA Ramp Construction Project.
The following bids were received on March 29, 2017. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

N L & L Concrete Inc has filed the required Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1), and has
submitted a responsive Economic Inclusion Plan, as determined by the Human Rights and
Relations Department. As is city policy, the Human Rights and Relations Department will review
the contractor to ensure compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53132 from the 2014
Transportation Bond Fund 13184, Transportation Bonds Organization 117117.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from N L & L Concrete
Inc in the amount of $1,097,334.75, being the lowest bid received, and requests your
consideration and approval of this Resolution.
