The attached Resolution approves the contract with Elkhorn West Construction, Inc. for OPW
53161, being the Omaha Police Headquarters Fourth Floor Interview Room Upgrades Project.
The following bids were received on 5/17/2017. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

Elkhorn West Construction, Inc. has filed the required Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1),
as determined by the Human Rights and Relations Department.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53161 from the Equitable Sharing
- Treasury Fund 17122, Police/General Seized Assets-Treasury Organization 177772, 2017
expenditures.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from Elkhorn West
Construction, Inc. in the amount of $149,530.00, being the lowest bid received, and requests
your consideration and approval of this Resolution.

WHEREAS, Elkhorn West Construction, Incorporated submitted a bid of $149,530.00,
being the lowest and best bid received for OPW 53161; and,
WHEREAS, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53161 from
the Equitable Sharing - Treasury Fund 17122, Police/General Seized Assets-Treasury
