88. Ord. approving a Contract with American Security Services, Inc. to provide
security guard services for the W. Dale Clark Library, Benson Branch Library,
South Branch Library, Charles B. Washington Branch Library, and Willa Cather
Branch Library, in accordance with the lowest and best bid submitted, for a
period of three years, commencing upon approval, with options to renew for two
additional one-year periods; to authorize the execution of such Contract; to
authorize payments in accordance therewith; and to provide an effective date -
see attached.

Nebraska Humane Society for animal control services for the years 2006-2008;
to authorize payments of $550,000 for 2006, $580,000 for 2007 and $600,000 for

126021; and to provide an effective date.
