Hunter to serve as a non-voting member on the Omaha Municipal Land Bank Board. Ms. Hunter will
replace Julia Plucker whose term expired November 3, 2017. Ms.Hunter's term shall commence on
January 23, 2018 and expire on.January 22, 2021.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 2-238 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment of members to the Board of Directors of Omaha Municipal Land Bank including the
appointment of non-voting members; and,
WHEREAS, Julia Plucker's term as a non-voting member of the Omaha
Municipal Land Bank Board of Directors expired November 3, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Teresa Hunter to the Omaha
Municipal Land Bank, as a non-voting member, said term to commence on January 23, 2018
and expire on January 22, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:

THAT, the appointment by Mayor Jean Stothert of Teresa Hunter to the Omaha
