A copy of Mr. Marr's Candidate Response Form is attached. The Nebraska Revised Statutes provide only that five or more board members serve on the board and that the members of the Business Improvement Board shall consist of property owners, residents, business operators, or users of space within the business area to be improved. Mr. Marr meets the qualifications by being the owner and operator of Lot 2 Restaurant at 6207 Maple Street. The Mayor recommends the reappointment of Mr. Marr ` _ - effective January 30, 2018 with such term to expire on January 29, 2023.
