Iwen to the Blackstone Business Improvement Board to serve an additional three-year term that will begin on January 30, 2018, and end on January 29, 2021. The Nebraska Revised Statutes provide only that five or more board members serve on the board and that the members of the Business Improvement Board shall consist of property owners, residents, 'business operators, or users of space within the business area to be improved. Mr. Iwen meets the qualifications by being the owner and operator of Iwen Exposures Photography located at 303 S. 41st Street. Your favorable consideration of this request will be appreciated.
