Negus proposes to build a subdivision to be known Country Club Hills (Lots 1-115 and Outlots A-B)which will be located southwest of 63rd and Girard Streets; and, WHEREAS, Sean J. Negus, the Country Club Hills Homeowners Association, and the City entered into a Subdivision Agreement as adopted by the City Council of the City on . December 4, 2012, by Resolution No. 1487; and, WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Subdivision Agreement to include a tree mitigation plan; and, WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Subdivision Agreement has been prepared setting forth all the provisions mentioned above. This First Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their respective successors and assigns and shall run with the land as shown on Exhibit "A".
