This is a change order to the Public Works Department project OPW 53161, being the Omaha Police Headquarters Fourth Floor Interview Room Upgrades Project, in the amount of $149,530.00, that was adopted by City Council Resolution #831 on June 27, 2017. Funds of $38,912.00 have been appropriated in General Fund 11111, Organization 113141 Fleet and Facilities, Account 42415 M & R Land, Building, Improvements. VR Room: -Move new wall out to or under beam as discussed. -In each corner of the room mounted 8' up from floor -2 port data box w/I Cat 6 cable -4 Alex electrical box -The rooms light switch to be mounted on exterior wall -Light switch and thermostat should be placed on interior wall of storage area.
