RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment of members to the Library Board by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Cecelia Creighton's term on the Library Board expires June 30,
2018; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean "Stothert has reappointed Cecelia Creighton as a
member of the Library Board; said term to commence on July 1, 2018 and expire on June 30,
2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by Mayor Stothert of Cecelia Creighton as a member of
the Library Board to serve a 3-year term, commencing on July 1, 2018 and expiring on June 30,
