RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, MKKL Holdings, LLC, has applied for a lease of City property adjacent
to 4823 South 27th Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of stairs and a grease interceptor, as
described on the attached application; and,
WHEREAS, the application of MKKL Holdings, LLC has been examined and
approved by the City Planning and Public Works Departments, and otherwise found to be in
compliance with all City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the application of MKKL Holdings, LLC for a lease of City property adjacent
to 4823 South 27th Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of stairs and a grease interceptor, as
described on the attached application, be and hereby is approved, contingent upon continued
compliance with all requirements made and provided by law; and the Finance Department is
directed to issue a billing statement and a lease form to the applicant for execution and return.

3. Application fee of $100.00 plus 8% for Technology and Training Fee. (Fee not refundable.)
