RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-408, Revised Statutes of Nebraska 1943 as amended, provides for the
appointment of members to the Zoning Board of Appeals; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Sean Kelley as an alternate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals
expires September 26, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, Sean Kelley will resign his position effective August 31, 2018 to accept
appointment as a regular board member of the Zoning Board of Appeals; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Dustin Friedman as an alternate member of
the Zoning Board of Appeals to complete Mr. Kelley's existing term, said term to commence on September 1,
2018 and expire September 26, 2021.

Tenaska Imperial Solar Energy Center South was the first large-scale solar project to begin
construction in Imperial County,and it is the first large-scale solar project to transmit power from the
Imperial Valley via San Diego Gas&Electric's(SDG&E)new Sunrise Powerlink transmission line. It
is also one of the largest commercially financed solar projects in the U.S.to date.
The ground-mounted photovoltaic solar power generating system is able to produce up to 130
megawatts(MW)of electricity under a 25-year power purchase agreement with SDG&E.When
operating at peak times,it can produce enough electricity to meet the needs of approximately
44,000 California homes.

The client, a major U.S. insurance group is one of the largest insurance and financial services
companies in the world. Critical to this insurer's ability to meet its growth targets is its exclusive
agency channel—the network of agents who sell only the group's insurance products.The insurer
wanted to transform the exclusive agent sales process in order to drive improvements in customer
experience and agents level of engagement.The insurer wanted to help its exclusive agents to
generate more demand, sell more effectively and increase their sales capacity. Our team assessed
the potential opportunities and risks associated with improving the exclusive agent sales process. •
As part of the assessment, we detailed how investment in the exclusive agent sales process could
yield increased sales through the exclusive channel.
Based on the assessment, the insurer opted to engage in the sales process initiative,focusing on
two particular opportunities:
