Agent to issue a Purchase Order to MIDWEST EXCAVATING SERVICES, LLC to furnish all
labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of the parking lot and walking
path, at. Miguel Keith Park, located at 2909 U Street, Omaha, Nebraska in, the amount of
$21.7,500.05 for the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department.

WHEREAS, bids were received on July 18, 2018, to furnish all labor, materials and equipment
necessary for the construction of the parking lot and walking path at Miguel Keith Park, located at 2909 U
Street, Omaha, Nebraska in the amount of $217,500.05, for the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Midwest Excavating Services, LLC submitted the lowest and best bid, within bid
specifications, attached hereto and made a part hereof, in the total amount of$217,500.05; and,
