RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Resolution #2019-296 was presented and approved by council on March 19, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution #2019-296 inadvertently listed the wrong funding source as General Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the correct funding source is Construction Funds of S.I.D. #559 and S.I.D. #580; and,
WHEREAS, the Omaha Parks, Recreation and Public Property Department recommends these
improvements and the revised costs; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA;
THAT, as recommended by the Omaha Parks, Recreation and Public Property Department, approval of
the corrected funded source for Resolution #2019-296, that was presented and approved by council on
March 19, 2019 to be Construction Funds of S.I.D #559 and S.I.D #580
