RES. 2019-724 – Res. that, as recommended by the Mayor, the Professional Services Agreement with Ehrhart Griffin & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $40,460.00, to provide professional services on OPW 53644, being the Emmet Street from N 83rd Street to End - N 83rd Street and Emmet Street Project, is hereby approved. RES. 2019-726 – Res. that, the Agreement between the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency and the City of Omaha, setting forth that the City of Omaha, through its Planning Department, agrees to perform certain transportation planning activities and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest the Agreement.
