Res. that the Riverview Meadows Project Site located at 5th and Bancroft Streets, bounded by Bancroft Street on the North, Oak Street on the South, 5th Street on the East and Riverview Blvd. on the West, is hereby declared a substandard and blighted area in compliance with Nebraska Community Development Law, as recommended by the Mayor- see attached. Dale Clark Public Library, the Washington Branch Public Library, the Swanson Branch Public Library, the Millard Branch Public Library, and the Benson Branch Public Library in the amount of $10,795.00 be accepted.
