The attached Resolution approves the contract with A. Raymond Plumbing for OPW 53210, being
the Omaha Mason Sewer Improvement District Project.
The following bids were received on July 25, 2018. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

A. Raymond Plumbing has filed the required Contract Compliance Report, Form CC-1, as
determined by the Human Rights and Relations Department.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53210 from the Capital Special
Assessment Fund 13573, Special Assessments Organization 116168, year 2018 expenditure.
The.Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from A. Raymond Plumbing
in the amount of $291,931.25 being the lowest and best bid received, and requests your
consideration and approval of this Resolution.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were submitted on July 25, 2018 for OPW 53210, being the Omaha
Mason Sewer Improvement District Project; and,
WHEREAS, A. Raymond Plumbing submitted a bid of$291,931.25, being the lowest and
best bid received for OPW 53210; and,
WHEREAS, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 53210 from the
- Capital.Special Assessment Fund 13573, Special Assessments Organization 116168, year
2018 expenditure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the contract with A. Raymond Plumbing for OPW

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
