RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Zoning Board of Appeals due to the expiration of
Subby Anzaldo's term as a permanent member; and,

WHEREAS, Section 14-408, Revised Statutes of Nebraska 1943 as amended,
provides for the appointment to said board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Stothert has nominated Kristine K; Moore for appointment as a
permanent member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, to serve a term 'commencing October 2, 2018,
and expiring on October 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OMAHA:

Kris Moore Bio
Kris is the Vice President overseeing development and construction activities for Magnum
Development Corp. Since joining Magnum in June of 2002, she has specialized in Project
Management and Property Management. Kris has overseen development and construction of
ground up developments in six Midwest states and 16 different municipalities. These
developments included working with government officials on land use; zoning;tax increment
financing; site, building,and occupancy permits. In addition, she has managed several tenant
improvement projects for local, regional and national retail tenants for Magnum and third party
owners. Kris also is the Asset/Property manager for 10 commercial properties located in the
Omaha area totaling approximately 350,000 sf.
Kris has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1986. Prior to Magnum Development
Corp., Kris began her career as the executive assistant for a publicly traded Real Estate
Investment Trust. She worked at Dial Companies and held several positions within their
management, leasing, paralegal and development departments over a 16 year span.
Kris holds a Nebraska real estate license and is a member of CREW(Commercial Real Estate
Women)Omaha Chapter.
