The attached Ordinance changes the street name of three street segments. Coventry Drive
changes to R Street, from 207th Street East to the east line of Lot 79, Coventry Addition. Coventry
Drive changes to 205th Street, from George B. Lake Pkwy. North to the north line of Lot 97,
Coventry Addition.
CASE DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this request is to correct existing street names, adjacent
to the new streets in Coventry North Addition and Coventry Addition.
DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approval.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official records,logs,and plats of the City of Omaha by providing for the
change in the street names for the following two streets in the Coventry Addition,a subdivision in
Douglas County, Nebraska: A portion of Coventry Drive changed to R Street, and a portion of
Coventry Drive changed to 205th Street; and to provide for the effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Chapters 27 and 34 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, the official records, logs, and plats of the City of Omaha, maintained pursuant to the Omaha
Municipal Code,be amended to provide for the following changes in street names:
a) Coventry Drive changes to R Street,from 207th Street East to the east line of Lot 79,Coventry
Addition:
b) Coventry Drive changes to 205th Street,from George B.Lake Pkwy.North to the north line of
Lot 97, Coventry Addition.
These changes are further illustrated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part by this
reference.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and take effect on whichever dates occurs later:
a)fifteen(15)days from and after the date of its passage,orb)upon the recording of Coventry North,Lot
1, a subdivision to be surveyed,platted and recorded in Douglas County,Nebraska.
