RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, 406 South 12th Street LLC, has applied for a lease of City property
adjacent to 406 South 12th Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of new stairs, as described
on the attached application; and,
WHEREAS, the application of 406 South 12th Street LLC has been examined and
approved by the City Planning and Public Works Departments, and otherwise found to be in
compliance with all City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OMAHA:
THAT, the application of 406 South 12th Street LLC for a lease of City property
adjacent to 406 South 12th Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of new stairs, as described
