RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:

WHEREAS , bids were submitted on January 16 , 2019 for OPW 53417 , being the Cole Creek
CSO 202 Phase I -Combined Sewer Separation Project ; and ,
WHEREAS , L .G . Roloff Construct ion Co ., Inc . submitted a bid of $1 ,279 ,364 .85 , being the
lowest and best bid received for OPW 53417 ; and ,
WHEREAS , the cost of OPW 53417 shall be paid from the Sewer Revenue Improvements
Fund 21124 , Sewer Separation Org anization 116912 , year 2019 expenditure.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OMAHA:
THAT , as recommended by the Mayor , the contract w ith L.G . Roloff Construct ion Co ., Inc .
for OPW 53417 being the Cole Creek CSO 202 Phase I -Combined Sewer Separation Project ,
is hereby approved .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED :
THAT , the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of $1 ,279 ,364 .85 from the
Sewer Revenue Improvements Fund 21124 , Sewer Separation Organ ization 116912 , year 2019
expenditure .
