Jean Stothert,Mayor Public Works Director Honorable President 121 and Members of the City Council, Transmitted herewith is a Resolution approving the Supplemental Agreement # 1 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., as stewarded by the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT), to provide additional services for MAPA-28(115), State Control No. 22587, and OPW 52496, being the System Manager for Omaha Signal System Project, which is associated with Capital Improvement Program Project No. 2012T514. The original Master Service Agreement passed on November 25, 2015 provides for on-call professional services. The Supplemental Agreement provides for additional funding necessary for extended on-call professional services for the Project. AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has agreed to perform these additional services for a fee not to exceed $150,000.00 of which federal funds will cover 80% of the cost, and the local share of $30,000.00 will be paid from the 2018 Transportation Bond Fund 13185, Transportation Bonds Organization 117117. AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has filed the required Contract Compliance Report, Form CC-1, with the Human Rights and Relations Department.
