energy efficiency financing and support program administration for the

(OLRR); providing for payment in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000)

64. Ord. to approve an Amendment to the Aksarben Apartments, LLC (an Affiliate of
Broadmoor Development Company) Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
Redevelopment Agreement approved by Ordinance No. 37837 on September 11,
2007 to remove the area legally described as Lot 2, Aksarben Village Replat 3
from that plan area, to remove four rental townhouse units and sixty -nine 3-story
townhomes from the Plan, and to reduce the originally approved TIF Loan from
$5,000,000.00 to $3,500,000.00; to approve the Aksarben Apartments II, LLC
Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Loan Agreement between the City of
Omaha and Aksarben Apartments II, LLC to develop the Aksarben Apartments II,
LLC Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Plan, which contemplates
the use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) in the amount of $2,500,000.00 to
redevelop the project site located at 2121 South 64 th Plaza into 148 new
efficiency, one and two-bedroom apartment units with enclosed parking garages;
and providing for an effective date – see attached.
