22. Ord. approving a redevelopment and tax increment financing loan agreement
between the City of Omaha and 4001 Farnam, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability
company, to implement the 40 Harney-Farnam Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
Redevelopment Project Plan located at 4001 Farnam and 4004 Harney Streets
which provides for the complete rehabilitation of the commercial and multi -family
structures, including the restoration of the multi-family structure to its original
number of 6 units; the agreement authorizes the use of up to $184,500.00 in
excess ad valorem taxes (TIF) generated by the development to help fund the
cost of the project; and providing for an effective date – see attached.

and established that the several lots and pieces of real estate he reinafter referred
to have each been specially benefited to the full amount herein levied and
assessed against each of said lots and pieces of real estate, respectively, by

6876 in the 2014 calendar year. Thereafter for the purposes of paying for those
costs of said improvements that have not yet been paid – see attached.

interested and qualified person from an existing historical society, to the
Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission, to serve a term that will
commence on November 20, 2014, and expire three (3) years thereafter on
November 19, 2017, is hereby confirmed – see attached. ((PUBLIC HEARING
