5. Ord. authorizing and approving a Lease Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”)
between the City of Omaha Public Facilities Corporation (the “Corporation”) and
the City of Omaha, Nebraska (the “City”), a copy of which Agreement is attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, to provide funds
for the lease-purchase of certain real property rights in a upscale convention
hotel facility (the “Project”) constructed adjacent to the City’s convention center;
authorizing and approving a Site Lease Agreement (the “Site Lease”) between
the Corporation and the City for the leasing of the reversion right in and to the
Project of the City to the Corporation, a copy of which Site Lease is attached
