This action would increase the 1996 recommended Community Block Grant funding from $5,868,000 to $7,335,000. This resolution would pay portions of the salaries of City employees for whom it has been determined that a portion of their salaries are eligible for reimbursement from. Community Development Block Grant funds. This resolution would not authorize the three Housing and Development Technician I's recommended for deletion from the 1996 budget. This resolution will credit the Contingency Reserve Fund with $349,805 of General Funds from salaries that are being paid through Community Development Block Grant funds.
