Condition(s):
1. A waiver of the sewer connection on Lot 2 until such time that development occurs on Lot
1;
2. Sidewalks must be provided on the east side of 168th Street and the north side of Burke
Street; and,
3. Provide a reciprocal access easement between the lots so that the driveway intersection on
168th Street can be located at least 600 feet south of West Dodge Road.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat entitled CAMBRIDGE ESTATES REPLAT 2,
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit"A",with a request for a waiver of Section 53-9(5)
Sanitary sewer of the Municipal Code has been approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board, along
with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B"attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
preliminary plats and requests for waivers to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this preliminary plat with a waiver of Section 53-9(5)
Sanitary sewer of the Municipal Code, is tentative in nature and does not constitute or require
approval of the fmal plat of this subdivision by the City of Omaha Planning Board or City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY,OF OMAHA:
• THAT, the preliminary plat entitled CAMBRIDGE ESTATES REPLAT 2 with a
•
waiver of Section 53-9(5)Sanitary sewer of the Municipal Code, along with the attached conditions,
' is hereby accepted; and,the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
