NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE • CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the Special Use Permit application for permission to allow a variance from Section 55-656(g)of the Municipal Code relative to floodplain regulations to allow construction of a residential garage in the floodplain,located at 3611 South 123rd Street,Omaha,Nebraska,is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit"A"of the above referenced application, and all applicable local or state statutes,ordinances or regulations are complied with.
