RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision land within three miles of the corporate limits of the City but
. not within the City; and,
WHEREAS,the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted
a plat entitled Vintage Oaks with a request for a waiver of Section 53-7.(4)(c)requiring the County
Treasurer's signature on the plat prior to City Council action; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat and waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the plat entitled Vintage Oaks with a request for a waiver of Section 53-
7.(4)(c)requiring the County Treasurer's signature on the plat prior to City Council action, is hereby
approved and accepted.
