on the Human Relations Board. Ms. Wright replaces Clifton Groves, whose term
expired September 16, 1995. Ms Wright's term shall commence on the date of
confirmation by the City Council, and expire three years thereafter. A copy of Ms

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Human Relations Board due to the
expiration of the term of Clifton Groves; and,
WHEREAS, Section 13-43 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment to said agency; and, .
WHEREAS, Mayor Daub has appointed Sherry A. Wright to the Human Relations
Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City Council and to expire three
years thereafter. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the appointment by the Mayor of Sherry A.Wright as a member of the Human
Relations Board to serve a term commencing on the date of confirmation by the City Council, and
expiring three years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
