Mr. Stern will replace Ray Powers, whose term expired on September 10, 1995. This Resolution has been requested by Councilmembers Lee Terry, Subby Anzaldo and Richard Takechi. Mr. Stern's term shall commence on the day of confirmation by the City Council and expire three years thereafter. A copy of Mr. Stern's resume is attached for your information.
