Public Works Director Public Works has inspected the project area and found that the following justification exists for ordering the street be repaired without petition: • This improvement has been requested by property owners representing 58.11%of the abutting property. The estimated cost of this work is $47,000.00; all costs are assessable to the district. This Resolution authorizes the City Clerk to publish a brief notice to each of the owners of taxable property within the said Roadway Maintenance District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the proposed repair, as recommended by the Public Works Director, shall be constructed.
